The i5-6300U processor is decent for everyday tasks, but not ideal for gaming. The 256GB SSD provides enough storage for files. 8GB of RAM is sufficient for most uses, but adding more would be beneficial. The screen resolution is average for watching movies and YouTube.

I upgraded the memory to 16 GB and replaced the 256 GB SSD with a 1 TB SSD
