| As a user of this laptop with an i5-8265U processor, I find that the CPU resources are sufficient for office programs and watching movies or YouTube. However, it may struggle with high-end gaming due to lack of discrete graphics adapter. The 32 GB storage is enough for files, but I would prefer more RAM. There is only one HDMI port and limited USB ports, which may be a drawback. The picture quality on the 14-inch screen is decent. | ||

| I upgraded the memory to 16 GB and replaced the hard disk with a 512 GB SSD. | ||
