As a user of this laptop with Intel Core i5-8365U processor, 16GB RAM, and 256GB SSD, I find the CPU resources sufficient for multitasking. Gaming may be possible but not ideal. The hard drive is enough for files, but more RAM would be nice. The screen quality is good for office work, watching movies, or YouTube. There are enough USB ports for connectivity.

I upgraded the memory to 32 GB and the hard disk to 1 TB SSD
