| I love my Intel Core i5 laptop with 11th Gen processor! It's fast and efficient. The SSD storage is great for my files, but I could use more RAM. The 3 USB ports are handy. It's good for office work, movies, and YouTube, but not for high-end gaming. The screen quality is excellent. | ||

| I upgraded the memory to 16GB DDR4 RAM and replaced the 256GB SSD with a 1TB NVMe SSD | ||
