I find the laptop to be reliable for everyday tasks, but lacking in gaming performance. The storage is decent for files and the RAM is sufficient for most programs. The USB ports are adequate, but I wish there were more. The screen quality is crisp and vibrant.

I upgraded the memory to 16 GB and replaced the 256 GB SSD with a 512 GB SSD
