| Overall, I find the laptop to be reliable for everyday tasks like office programs, watching movies, and browsing the internet. The picture quality on the screen is decent. However, with only 4 GB of RAM, it may be beneficial to add more for smoother performance. | ||

| I upgraded the laptop's memory to 8GB and replaced the 128GB SSD with a 256GB SSD. | ||
