I love my laptop with i7-8565U processor, 16GB RAM, and 512GB SSD. It's fast and efficient for office work, browsing, and watching movies. The Intel UHD Graphics provides decent picture quality, but not ideal for gaming. I wish it had more USB ports for convenience.

I upgraded the memory to 32 GB and replaced the hard disk with a 512 GB SSD
