I am using an AMD A4-9120C Chromebook with 2 cores and 4GB of RAM. The 32GB eMMC storage is limited but works for basic tasks. The 11.6" HD display is decent for movies and YouTube. It's not ideal for gaming, but great for office programs. Two USB ports are enough for my needs. The CPU resources are sufficient for my daily usage.

I upgraded the memory to 8 GB and replaced the 32 GB eMMC storage with a 256 GB SSD
