I find the laptop to be a reliable and efficient device for everyday tasks like office programs, watching movies, and browsing the internet. The screen quality is decent for the price point, but not ideal for high-definition gaming or video editing. More RAM would be nice for multitasking.

I upgraded the memory to 16 GB and replaced the 256 GB SSD with a 1 TB SSD for improved performance on my laptop.
