Overall, I find the laptop to be reliable for everyday tasks like office programs, watching movies, and browsing YouTube. The screen quality is good, and the storage space is sufficient. However, more RAM would be nice for smoother multitasking, and additional USB ports could be handy. | ||

I upgraded the memory from 8GB to 16GB and replaced the 512GB SSD with a 1TB SSD | ||
