| As a user of the Microsoft Surface Laptop 4, I am impressed with the Intel i5-1145G7 processor's performance and the stunning 13.5 inch touchscreen display. The 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB SSD are sufficient for everyday tasks, but more RAM would be nice for multitasking. The laptop is great for office programs, watching movies, and browsing the web. The picture quality on the screen is excellent, making it enjoyable to watch movies and videos. However, the lack of dedicated graphics may limit gaming capabilities. The USB ports are adequate for connecting peripherals, but more ports would be convenient.
