User opinions and reviews Microsoft Surface JKQ-00050

The laptop is sleek and lightweight, making it easy to carry around. The touchscreen is responsive and the picture quality on the screen is impressive. There are enough USB ports for basic use, but adding more RAM would be beneficial for multitasking. The hard drive size is sufficient for storing files and the processor is powerful enough for running office programs and watching movies or YouTube. However, it may struggle with newer games due to limited CPU resources.

I upgraded the memory to 16GB and replaced the 256GB SSD with a 1TB SSD
