Xiaomi has updated the list of EOL (End of Life) - devices that will no longer receive new Android versions and security patches. The list includes 12 POCO and Redmi gadgets, for which the three-year update cycle has ended.

All the smartphones were released in 2022 and will lose support from July 2025. The most expensive gadgets from the new portion of obsolete devices were flagships Redmi K40S and POCO F4. Also on the list appeared gaming smartphones - POCO X4 GT, Redmi K50i, Note 11T Pro and 11T Pro+.

But the most added devices belong to the budget and mid-budget segments: these are Redmi 10 5G, 11 Prime 5G, Note 11E 5G, Note 11R, POCO C40 and M4 5G. All of them are officially obsolete and will no longer be updated. But you can extend their “life” with the help of custom firmware from the user community.
