Specialists at the DxOMark laboratory have published the results of their testing of the vivo X200 Ultra camera. The device scored 167 points in the overall ranking and took second place in the global rating, behind the OPPO Find X8 Ultra. At the same time, in some categories, the device showed the best results among its competitors.

According to the test results, the vivo X200 Ultra camera demonstrates excellent exposure on faces, realistic bokeh, and high detail in any lighting conditions, from daylight to low light. The autofocus works consistently and accurately highlights the subject in portrait mode. The zoom maintains sharpness and color saturation even at high magnification, and the ultra-wide angle delivers detailed shots even in night scenes.

However, there are some nuances. In low light conditions, autofocus misses occur, and the limited depth of field of the main camera can make some objects in a group photo blurry.

The device's video capabilities are also top-notch. The camera can shoot in 4K at 120 fps, supports 10-bit HDR, and delivers smooth images even with zoom and wide angle. However, in terms of video processing and stability, the vivo is slightly inferior to the iPhone 16 Pro Max and OPPO Find X8 Ultra. For example, there is noise when shooting at night and on the move, as well as periodic problems with white balance and loss of detail in shadows.

According to DxOMark, this is one of the most balanced camera phones on the market. The smartphone took first place in terms of photo quality and also leads in the zoom and ultra-wide-angle camera categories. The device performed particularly well in portrait photography: the bokeh is realistic, the detail is high, and there are almost no artifacts. The 200 MP telephoto module also received high marks for accuracy and image quality, especially at 10x magnification.
