At MWC 2025, TECNO announced the 14-inch MEGABOOK S14 laptop. Weighing only 899 grams, it is the industry's lightest laptop with an OLED screen, magnesium alloy body, and Qualcomm Snapdragon X Elite ARM processor with support for artificial intelligence technologies. MEGABOOK S14 has an OLED screen with a resolution of 2.8K and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. It is built on the basis of the 12-core Snapdragon X Elite platform with powerful Oryon cores, created using a 4-nm process technology. The chipset supports LPDDR5X memory and includes a neural processor for performing AI tasks. This allows the device to effectively handle multitasking and resource-intensive applications, including local data processing without an Internet connection. The laptop is equipped with its own AI tools: an offline gallery for sorting photos, a virtual assistant Ella for managing tasks, scheduling and interacting with other devices, as well as functions for creating presentations, transcribing meetings and translating texts. In addition, the TECNO PC Manager application synchronizes with the brand's smartphones. There is also an offline speech recognition mode with support for several languages. MEGABOOK S14 allows you to connect an external NVIDIA graphics card for complex tasks, and support for DTS:X Ultra technology with two 2W speakers provides surround sound. The model is also equipped with a fingerprint scanner. In addition, the TECNO brand also presented the MEGABOOK T14 Air ultrabook weighing only 999 grams with fast LPDDR5 memory and the metal MEGABOOK K15S with a capacious 70 Wh battery and fast 65-watt charging. |
