TECNO has quietly unveiled its CAMON 50 series of smartphones. The base model and Pro version have appeared on the brand's website and are available for purchase from several retailers. The TECNO CAMON 50 Pro is equipped with a 6.78-inch AMOLED screen curved at the sides. The matrix resolution is 2644x1208 pixels, and the refresh rate is 144 Hz. The smartphone is built on the MediaTek Helio G200 Ultimate processor, working in conjunction with 8/256 GB of memory. The resolution of the main camera (Sony LYT700C, 1/1.56", OIS) and zoom module (70 mm EFL) is 50 MP, the ultra-wide camera (14 mm) is 8 MP, and the front camera is 32 MP. A 6150 mAh battery with support for fast 45-watt charging is responsible for autonomy. The list of gadget features is complemented by an under-screen fingerprint scanner, IP69K protection, and Android 16 with HiOS 16 shell. The TECNO CAMON 50 Pro is available on the African market in black, malachite, blue, titanium, green, lavender, and mint colors. The price of the smartphone is $341. The base TECNO CAMON 50 has the same basic specifications but is equipped with a flat screen, two cameras without a telephoto lens, and is not available in blue. The gadget is priced at $290. |
