TCL brings NXTPAPER 4.0 “paper” screen technology to CES |

TCL unveiled NXTPAPER 4.0 technology, designed to provide the most comfortable viewing experience on gadgets. At the same time, the company showed a number of branded devices at CES 2025, including the NXTPAPER 11 Plus tablet, TCL 60 XE NXTPAPER 5G smartphone, projectors, routers and other new products. According to the manufacturer, for the production of devices with support for NXTPAPER 4.0 uses sophisticated technology nanomatrix lithography, which increases the accuracy of color display (ΔE<1) and provides coverage of 100% of the color space sRGB. Protecting the user's vision from harmful blue light is Circularly Polarized Light (CPL) technology that mimics natural lighting conditions. NXTPAPER 4.0 has two intelligent modes: Smart Eye Comfort Mode and Personalized Eye Comfort Mode. These modes control the picture display (brightness, contrast, temperature) depending on different usage scenarios and user preferences. The NXTPAPER 11 Plus tablet and TCL 60 XE NXTPAPER 5G smartphone are the first devices with next-generation branded screens. Both gadgets are aimed at a wide range of users, with the smartphone supporting the Max Ink feature, which is a simulation of the “ink” screen with a single press of a dedicated button. The TCL 60 XE NXTPAPER 5G is equipped with 8GB of RAM (plus 8GB of virtual storage), 256GB of storage, a rear camera with a 50MP sensor, a 32MP front-facing camera, and a 6.8-inch 120Hz screen. The brand's list of new products also includes TCL Projector A1 and PLAYCUBE portable projectors with Magic Cube modular design, TCL LINKPORT IK511 5G RedCap and TCL LINKHUB HH516 5G AI CPE USB dongles, and TCL LINKHUB HH516 5G AI CPE router (up to 7.01 Gbps on 5G networks and up to 7.2 Gbps on Wi-Fi 7 connection).
