The Redmi brand has announced the launch of its Pad 2 tablet on the international market. Its hardware specifications remain unchanged, and the price is almost the same as the model for the Chinese market. The gadget is equipped with an 11-inch IPS matrix with a resolution of 2560x1600 pixels and a refresh rate of 90 Hz. The hardware platform is based on a MediaTek Helio G100 Ultra processor combined with 8 GB of LPDDR4X RAM, and the UFS 2.2 storage capacity is 128 or 256 GB (expandable with a microSD card up to 2 TB). A 9000 mAh battery with support for fast 18-watt charging is responsible for autonomy, while a main 8-megapixel camera and a 5-megapixel front camera are responsible for shooting capabilities. The list of features is rounded out by a four-speaker audio system with Dolby Atmos and compatibility with the Redmi Smart Pen stylus. The price of the base Wi-Fi version of the tablet with 6/128 GB of memory starts at $161, while the 4G version with 8/256 GB costs from $318. |
