In addition to the K90 Pro Max smartphone, Redmi will also release the base model K90 tomorrow. Company representatives have revealed the appearance of the new device and some of its specifications. The Redmi K90 will be released on the same day as the top model, October 23. It will feature Bose sound enhancement, but without a speaker in the camera block, as well as a 6.59-inch OLED screen with thin symmetrical bezels (the display occupies 94% of the front panel). These achievements are not just improvements in technical specifications, but a leap in user experience that defines a new flagship with outstanding features. Also mentioned are a 2.1-channel “dual symmetrical Bose speaker system” and a 2.5x telephoto lens. Battery life will be provided by a 7100 mAh battery with support for fast 100-watt charging, and the smartphone will run on Android 16 with HyperOS 3. This model may be released on the global market under the name POCO F8.
