For Hard reset Zoji Z9 use following steps

1. Use the Power button to turn off the phone.

2. Press and hold the Volume Up and Power button within a few seconds.

4. Select "wipe data / factory reset" Use the Volume Up / Down buttons to move around the menu and press the Power button to confirm the selection.
