For Hard reset YU Yureka Plus use following steps

1. The smartphone must be turned off

2. Press simultaneously and hold for a few seconds the 2 buttons Volume up and Power

3. After the YU logo appears on the screen, you can release the keys

4. You are interested in the "wipe data / factory reset" item, the Volume Up / Down keys are used to navigate the menu, and the Power key is used to confirm the selection

5. In the menu, go to the line "yes" and press the Power button

6. Go to line "reboot system now"

7. Hard Reset procedure completed
