For Hard reset Yezz Epic T use following steps

1. The smartphone must be turned off

2. Press simultaneously and hold for a few seconds the 2 buttons Volume up and Power

3. After the YEZZ logo appears on the screen, you can release the keys

4. After the Android Robot logo appears on the smartphone screen, simultaneously press the Volume Up and Power buttons

5. You are interested in the "wipe data / factory reset" item, the Volume Up / Down keys are used to navigate the menu, and the Power key is used to confirm the selection

6. In the menu, go to the line "yes" and press the Power button

7. Go to the menu section "reboot system now"
