For Hard reset Xolo Era 4X use following steps

1. The smartphone must be turned off

2. Press the Volume Up and Power buttons simultaneously and hold the buttons for a few seconds

3. After the XOLO logo appears on the screen, you can release the keys

4. Go to "wipe data / factory reset", the Volume Up / Down keys are used to navigate the menu, and the Power key to confirm the selection

5. In the menu, go to the line "yes" and press the Power button

6. Go to line "reboot system now"
