For Hard reset Xolo 8X-1000 use following steps

1. Use the Power button to turn off the phone.

2. Simultaneously press and hold the Volume Up button and the Power button within a few seconds.

3. Release the retained buttons when you see the Xolo icon.

4. To enter Recovery mode, press the Power button for a couple of seconds.

5. Use the Volume Up / Down buttons to "wipe data / factory reset" and press the Power button to confirm.

6. Select Yes and press the Power button to confirm.

7. Select "Reboot System Now" and press the Power button to confirm.
