	Hey, thanks for the info listed, is there anyway you can help with as issue I'm having, issue is this, about 5-6 months ago my phone began losing 4glte coverage and then almost no internet at all, shortly after my call service began to deteriorating so much so that it now drops call almost every other call, and the service is horrible. Now my friend has the exact same phone, and carrier and we've did some testing while driving around together, and his phone remains 4gLTE AND good call reception. My phone has no LTE just VERY spotty 4g and horrible voice reception and dropped calls. I've called the carrier multiple times and did all their refresh and closest tower stuff. I believe it's the phone. Please help. If anyone can. Thank you for your time and I look forward to hearing from you at your earliest convenience. Mr.B
