For Hard reset Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 Pro use following steps

1. Before Hard Reset (reset to factory settings), turn off your smartphone

2. Press the 2 buttons Volume up and Power at the same time for a few seconds

3. The keys after the XIAOMI logo appears on the screen, you can release

4. Move the cursor to the "wipe data / factory reset" menu item, the Volume Up / Down keys are used to navigate the menu, and the Power key to confirm the choice made

5. Select the line "yes" and press the Power button
