For Hard reset Xiaomi Mi 6c use following steps

1. Turn off your smartphone, in any available way

2. Hold down the Volume Up and Power buttons for a few seconds

3. The keys can be released when the XIAOMI logo appears on the screen

4. In the menu, go to "wipe data / factory reset", the Volume Up / Down keys are used to navigate the menu, and the Power key to confirm the choice made

5. Select "yes" and confirm by pressing the Power button
