For Hard reset Xiaolajiao K1 use following steps

1. Use the Power button to turn off the phone.

2. At the same time, press the Power and Volume UP button for a few seconds.

3. Release all keys when the Xiaolajiao logo appears.

4. When the Android robot appears on the screen, press the Power and Volume UP button again.

5. Select "wipe data / factory reset. Use the Volume Up / Down keys to go through the menu items and the Power button to confirm the selection.

6. Select Yes and press the Power button.

7. The phone deletes all settings and downloaded programs.

8. Select in the menu "Reboot System Now" and confirm using the Power button.
