1. Before Hard Reset (reset to factory settings), turn off your smartphone

2. Press the Volume Up and Power buttons simultaneously and hold the buttons for a few seconds

3. Release both keys when the Boot Mode menu appears

4. Select Recovery from the menu sections. The Volume up key can be used to navigate and the Volume Down key to confirm the selection
