For Hard reset Walton Primo F7s use following steps

1. Turn off your smartphone using the power button

2. Press the Volume Up and Power buttons simultaneously and hold the buttons for a few seconds

3. When the WALTON logo appears on the screen, the keys can be released

4. Go to "wipe data / factory reset", the Volume Up / Down keys are used to navigate the menu, and the Power key to confirm the selection

5. Go to the "yes" menu item and confirm your selection by pressing the Power button

6. Go to item "reboot system now"

7. Hard Reset procedure completed
