1. Before Hard Reset (reset to factory settings), turn off your smartphone

2. Hold down the Volume Up and Power buttons for a short time

3. The keys after the VODAFONE logo appears on the screen, you can release

4. After the image of Android Robot appears on the screen, simultaneously press the Volume Up and Power buttons
