For Hard reset vivo Y91 (Mediatek) use following steps

1. Before Hard Reset (reset to factory settings), turn off your smartphone

2. Press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons at the same time for a few seconds (up to 20)

3. After the image with Android Robot appears on the screen, release all buttons

4. After the VIVO logo appears on the screen, the Power key can be released

5. Release the Volume Up key when Recovery Mode appears on the screen

6. Go to "wipe data / factory reset", the Volume Up / Down keys are used to navigate the menu, and the Power key to confirm the selection

7. In the menu, go to the line "yes" and press the Power button
