For Hard reset vivo Y71i use following steps

1. Before Hard Reset (reset to factory settings), turn off your smartphone

2. Press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons at the same time for a few seconds (up to 20)

3. Release all buttons when the logotype Android Robot appears on the screen

4. When the VIVO logo appears on the screen, you can only release the Power key

5. Release the Volume Up key when Recovery Mode appears on the screen

6. In the menu, go to "wipe data / factory reset", the Volume Up / Down keys are used to navigate the menu, and the Power key to confirm the choice made

7. In the menu, go to "yes" and press the Power button
