1. Before Hard Reset (reset to factory settings), turn off your smartphone

2. Press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons at the same time for a few seconds (up to 20)

3. When the Android Robot image appears on the screen, release all buttons

4. Release the Power key when the VIVO logo appears on the screen
