For Hard reset vivo Y35 use following steps

1. Before Hard Reset (reset to factory settings), turn off your smartphone

2. Hold down the Volume Up and Power buttons for a short time

3. After the Android Robot logo appears on the smartphone screen, release all buttons

4. After the VIVO logo appears on the screen, you can only release the Power key

5. The Volume Up key can be released after the Recovery Mode appears on the screen.

6. From the menu sections select the item "wipe data / factory reset", the Volume Up / Down keys are used to navigate the menu, and the Power key to confirm the choice made

7. Move the cursor to the "yes" menu item and press the Power button
