For Hard reset Vivo Y21 use following steps

1. Turn off your phone using the Power button

2. Press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons together for a few seconds.

3. Release the Power button as soon as the Vivo logo appears on the screen.

4. Hold the Volume Up button until Recovery Mode appears.

5. Press the Volume Up / Down buttons to select « Wipe data » and press the Power button to confirm.

6. Press the Volume Up / Down buttons to select « Wipe data » again and confirm the selection with the Power button.

7. Select « Reboot your device » and confirm with the Power button.
