For Hard reset vivo X9 Plus use following steps

1. Before Hard Reset (reset to factory settings), turn off your smartphone

2. Press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons at the same time for a few seconds (up to 20)

3. After waiting for the Android Robot logo to appear on the smartphone screen and release all buttons

4. Only release the Power key when the VIVO logo appears

5. Release the Volume Up key when Recovery Mode appears on the screen

6. Select "wipe data / factory reset", the Volume Up / Down keys are used to navigate the menus, and the Power key is used to confirm the selection

7. Select "yes" and confirm your selection with Power
