For Hard reset vivo V7 plus use following steps

1. Before Hard Reset (reset to factory settings), turn off your smartphone

2. Press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons at the same time for a few seconds (up to 20)

3. When the Android Robot logo appears on the screen, release all buttons

4. When the VIVO logo appears, release only the Power key

5. Release the Volume Up key when Recovery Mode appears on the screen

6. Select the "wipe data / factory reset" menu item, the Volume Up / Down keys are used to navigate the menu, and the Power key is used to confirm the selection

7. Go to "yes" and press the Power button

	i did the hard reset intruction bcoz i forget the password of my screen but still asking a password. Theres anyway i can do except to go to the technician ?
