For Hard reset vivo V5 Plus use following steps

1. Before Hard Reset (reset to factory settings), turn off your smartphone

2. Press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons at the same time for a few seconds (up to 20)

3. After the Android Robot appears on the screen, release all buttons

4. When the VIVO logo appears on the screen, the Power key can be released

5. Release the Volume Up key when Recovery Mode appears on the screen

6. Move the cursor to the "wipe data / factory reset" menu item, the Volume Up / Down keys are used to navigate the menu, and the Power key to confirm the choice made

7. Go to the "yes" menu item and confirm your selection by pressing the Power button
