1. Before Hard Reset (reset to factory settings), turn off your smartphone

	Sir . I need to reset my phone. I forgot the password. While trying to reset it with volup+power button phone entered in recovery but while trying to perform reset it continuesly asking for pin which i hd forgot. Plzzz help
