For Hard reset Vivo V11 SD660 use following steps

1. Turn off your smartphone using the power button

2. Press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons simultaneously for a few seconds (up to 20)

3. When the Android Robot logo appears on the screen, release all buttons

4. After the VIVO logo appears on the screen, you can release the Power key

5. Release the Volume Up key when Recovery Mode appears

6. In the menu, go to the line "wipe data / factory reset", the Volume Up / Down keys are used to navigate the menu, and the Power key to confirm the choice made

7. Select the line "yes" and press the Power button
