For Hard reset Vivo Apex use following steps

1. Turn off your smartphone using the power button

2. Press the 2 buttons Volume up and Power at the same time for a few seconds

3. When the Android Robot image appears on the screen, release all buttons

4. When the VIVO logo appears on the screen, you can only release the Power key

5. When Recovery Mode appears on the screen, the Volume Up key can be released

6. In the menu, go to "wipe data / factory reset", the Volume Up / Down keys are used to navigate the menu, and the Power key to confirm the choice made
