For Hard reset Vestel Venus V7 use following steps

1. Use the Power button to turn off the phone.

2. Press Volume Up and Power button together for a few seconds.

3. Release the Power button when the Vestel logo appears.

4. When you see Recovery mode Release the Volume Up button.

5. Select "wipe data / factory reset" using the Volume Up / Down buttons to go through the menu items and the Power button to confirm the selection .

6. Select Yes and click the Power button to continue.
