For Hard reset Unnecto Bolt use following steps

1. Use the Power button to turn off the phone.

2. Press the Volume Up button and the Power button together for a few seconds.

4. Press the Power button and the Volume Up button to go further.

5. Select "wipe data / factory reset. Use the Volume Up / Down buttons to move around the menu and the Power button to select the parameters.
