For Hard reset UMIDIGI S3 Pro use following steps

1. The smartphone must be turned off

2. Press the 2 buttons Volume up and Power at the same time for a few seconds

3. After the UMIDIGI logo appears on the screen, you can release the keys

4. When the Android Robot image appears on the screen, press the Volume Up and Power buttons simultaneously

5. Select the "wipe data / factory reset" menu item, the Volume Up / Down keys are used to navigate the menu, and the Power key is used to confirm the selection

6. In the menu, go to the line "yes" and press the Power button
