For Hard reset UmiDIGI A1 use following steps

1. Turn off your smartphone using the power button

2. Press the Volume Up and Power buttons simultaneously and hold the buttons for a few seconds

3. When the UMIDIGI logo appears on the screen, the keys can be released

4. After waiting for the Android Robot logo to appear on the smartphone screen and press the Volume Up and Power buttons

5. Move the cursor to the "wipe data / factory reset" menu item, the Volume Up / Down keys are used to navigate the menu, and the Power key to confirm the choice made
