For Hard reset UMI Touch use following steps

1. You need to turn off your smartphone with the Power button

2. Hold down the Volume Up and Power buttons for a short time

3. Release the keys when the UMI logo appears

5. Select "yes" from the menu items and confirm your selection by pressing Power

6. Select menu item "reboot system now"
