For Hard reset Texet TM-5584 use following steps

1. Use the Power button to turn off the phone.

2. At the same time, press and hold the Power and Volume UP button for a few seconds.

3. When Boot Mode appears on the screen, release both buttons. .

4. Select Recovery Mode. Use the Volume Down button to go through the menu, and click the Volume Down button to select.

5. When the inscription «no command» appears on the screen, press the Power button and the Volume Up button.

6. Select in the menu "wipe data / factory reset" using the Volume Up / Down keys and press the Power button to confirm.

7. Select in the yes menu using the Volume Up / Down keys and press the Power button to confirm.
