For Hard reset Texet TM-5084 use following steps

1. Use the Power button to turn off the phone.

2. At the same time, press and hold the Power button and the Volume Up button for a few seconds.

3. When Boot Mode appears on the screen, release both buttons.

4. Use the Volume Down button to select Recovery mode, and click Volume Down to confirm the selection.

5. When it appears on the «no command» screen, press the Power button and press the Volume Up button to go further.

6. Select "wipe data / factory reset. Use the Volume Up / Down buttons to move around the menu and the Power button to confirm.

7. Select Yes and press the Power button to start reset.

8. Select "Reboot System Now" and press the Power button to restart the phone.
