For Hard reset Texet TM-5083 Pay 5 use following steps

1. Use the Power button to turn off the phone.

2. Press Volume Up and Power button together for a few seconds.

3. Release the Power button when the Texet logo appears.

4. When Recovery mode appears, release the Volume Up button.

5. Use the Volume Up / Down keys to select the menu item "wipe data / factory reset", and press the Power button to confirm the selection.

6. Select in the yes menu and click the Power button to confirm the selection.

7. Select from the menu "Reboot System Now" and click the Power button to confirm the selection.
